Acceptance

By accessing or using ericvalencia.life, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Intended use

ericvalencia.life is intended as a private productivity and personal information management application. It is not a public publishing platform, advertising service, marketplace, or regulated professional service.

Account credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected account access secure. Use a strong password, protect your devices, and disconnect integrations you no longer want the application to use.

Google integrations

The application may connect to Google Calendar and Google Drive only after explicit authorization. Google Calendar features may import or synchronize events and create events for scheduled thoughts. Google Drive features may store and manage files or folders used for attachments.

Disconnecting Google in Settings removes the local connection and the application attempts to revoke the refresh token. Google access may also be revoked from Google Account permissions.

Availability

The application is provided for personal productivity use and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. No guarantee is made that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Data and backups

The application may store user content, settings, metadata, and connected-service records needed to provide the service. Encrypted system backups may be created and stored using cloud storage providers for disaster recovery.

Backups are a risk-reduction measure, not a promise that every item can always be recovered in every circumstance.

Prohibited misuse

Do not use the application to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, upload malicious files, abuse connected Google services, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

Changes to the service

The application may be updated, changed, limited, or discontinued. Features, integrations, and storage behavior may change as the private application evolves.
